i mean, that cynthia for example. she got 80/100 for SEC 3 PHYSICS and was the THIRD LOWEST in her class.

like hello? i can just go and shoot myself. for i FAILED physics.

ok fine. not fail but is 10/20 anything near 80/100 to you?

and our dear judy got 91 /100 for sec 3 physics mind you.

like oh my god. i would have really really commited suicide lah.


i think what jasmine said on her blog was very meaningful.

The genocide talk today was inspiring.

It's so.. so.. typical of people to go, "omg, that's so horrible, that's so sad (and etc.)" when they see videos of genocide etc. happening but yet after that, they just go back to their dinner.

and I am guilty of that.

(and) Though I signed up cause I thought genocide was infanticide but yah, it's not apparently and there's something called genocide happening now in Sudan; Darfur where 500 people die everyday.

(By the way, I didn't even heard about this genocide before. I mean other than showing me not reading up, I think it, too, shows alot about the media coverage on it.)

Even MayChew kept quiet after looking at the pictures and yup, I came back and talked to my mum about it.

i never knew turtles breathe through their butts! small cheryl says we learnt them when we're primary 5. did we? i cant remember. :/

this just proves the number of smart people in nanyang. but besides that fact, ( i mean the fact that nanyang is full of smart people. :/ ) nanyang's standard is detoriating.

well, who is to deny it? it came out in the newspapers. and this year's JC 1 batch of HCJC people who were from nanyang are not performing up to standard. (or so by my dad.)

and even my marcus my cousin in SJI sec 4 knows that only above 75 for all subject is good. below that is lousy. so now im some lousy crappy person. cause i didnt get above 75 for ANY of my subjects.

even though all of us in my batch are going to HCJC through IP, we still have to get 60% and above to be able to enter HCJC. and for some other people who are not entering HCJC through IP, it's a 6 points.

6 points meaning getting A1 for all subjects and subtracting 2 points for CCA.

like HOW AM I GOING TO GET 6 POINTS FOR SEC 4 WITH MY STANDARD?

it's no wonder nanyang girls are not performing up to standard when they go HCJC. i mean, some of us are contented with getting 65% already and they think they're safe. but in actual fact, we'll really suffer when we go HCJC. only then will we know what is really up to standard.

and to get my 6 points i really have to start working now.

and im going to start working on maths at jason's tmr.
